About Mike's Beach Resort
Mike's Beach Resort is a private waterfront on the west shore of Hood Canal in Lilliwaup, midway between the Hoodsport shore cluster to the south and the Brinnon boat cluster to the north. Divers enter directly from the resort beach onto a shallow rocky bench that gives way to underwater walls and rock structure carrying plant life. The shallow reach is the site's calling card, with giant Pacific octopus and wolf eels documented close enough to shore for a beginner-friendly shore dive.
