Conditions have slacked off significantly from the weekend. visibility is spotty, but if you work for it, you can find some really decent pockets up to twenty feet, but I didn't see anything beyond that.

The inside of the cove was nice and calm, surgy further out. The sandy shallows at the shores had great visibility but not further south near the reef or MR. Conditions: decent
