The North Sound runs from Larrabee State Park south through the Fidalgo shore-dive corridor to the south tip of Whidbey Island. Every marquee dive is timed to a tidal current gate: Rosario Strait, Deception Pass, or Admiralty Inlet.
No fishing or harvest of any kind. Special closures restrict entering the area at all.
