San Juan Islands · 8 spots

The San Juan Islands are a boat-centric archipelago in the Salish Sea, with high-current channels, walls dropping past recreational limits, bull kelp forests, and resident orca activity. Shore dives cluster on the west side of San Juan Island; charters out of Anacortes cover the rest on slack-tide windows.
