8 spots along about 100 miles of Clatsop and Tillamook shoreline: jetties at the Columbia, Nehalem, and Tillamook Bay mouths, three sites inside Tillamook Bay, the macro-photography boat ramp at Netarts Bay, and a boat-only bull-kelp reef at the base of Cape Lookout.
No fishing or harvest of any kind. Special closures restrict entering the area at all.
